it's your word against theirs. Just say you have no idea what they are talking about. I mean think about it. At any given time, you could take the plate off of a parked sports car in a parking lot, and just for the hell of it, call the cops and say you saw it doing 150 on the freeway. Again, your word against theirs. Full out deny anything if you get a call, which you probably won't.
